I teach a different approach that makes the journey to contest day much more enjoyable and "No Loss Of Strength/Muscle" while losing fat. Trainers will tell you that is normal and common. That's because they keep teaching/passing down, an old typical generic approach to "Contest Dieting" that I call "Crash Dieting". That is why 95% of competitors get Tired, Lethargic, Grumpy, Temperamental, Cravings, Loss of Muscle & Strength while losing fat. They are taught an old school approach. I developed new systems based on "How does the body want it approached?". Not how can I trick the body. Tricks can and often backfire on most people.
